NSDRA Greenfield track

The track consists of a 3,937 ft by 75 ft. paved runway, which is used for the drag strip. The runway is part of an active airport that is shutdown for the drag racing events. There are two concrete starting line pads 12 feet wide by 200 feet long with 125 feet after the start line.

The NSDRA runs five classes of vehicles at Greenfield Dragway:

  • Super Pro (8:00 – 11:49 E.T)
  • Pro (11:50 – 13:49 E.T.)
  • Sportsman (13:50 and slower E.T.)
  • Bike and Sled (All E.T.’s)
  • Jr. Dragster                      

Greenfield Dragway works with the ADRA (Atlantic Drag Racing Association ) to run a series of points races and hosts drag racing events at all 4 tracks in the Maritime region.  

Over the last last four years the average race vehicle attendance has steadily increased to 150+ per weekend, hitting a peak of 259 vehicles at the August 2007 race..  Our spectator attendance has been consistent and varies from 800 to 1300 people per weekend.
